1. 2009-2010 meeting dates, locations, & hosts

a. Regarding November 2009 meeting date, moved by Philipson seconded by DeLong to change meeting date to Monday, November 2nd, in that Tuesday, November 3rd is election day. APPROVED.

b. January Mid-Winter (Saturday morning) program was discussed in regard to whether it should be continued. Very low attendance at previous years' meetings is a concern. Also mentioned was the date conflict with other meetings. Moved by Nottage seconded by Philipson "for this year only hold the January meeting on January 5th, 2010, at a regularly scheduled meeting time." APPROVED.
